Nancy Kerrigan’s father was found dead this weekend and it seems that her brother may be the one that killed him.

Taken into custody Mark her 45 year old brother is being considered for the murder and was arraigned yesterday.

There has still not been an official cause of death but it has been reported that Mark choked his father who later died.

In this case there will be a lot of speculation but it is best to wait until all the details are in place.

Prosecutors are likely to at least make a case for contributory crimes if they can not prove murder due to the fact they took him into custody so quickly.

This is a sad situation and you have to consider that even though their was a heated argument Mark may not have wanted to cause death or injury to his father.
