It seems that No Doubt doesn’t like the agreement they made with Activision the makers of  the game Band Hero.

In the game likenesses of the group can be seen performing some of their own songs but No Doubt says that is not the problem…

The problem is when members of the group can be singled out “Gwen” and their Characters can be made to perform songs that are not “Gender Appropriate”.

“the Character Manipulation Feature results in an unauthorized performance by the Gwen Stefani avatar in a male voice boasting about having sex with prostitutes.”

Activision says the lawsuit is “without merit” thanks to “an agreement signed by No Doubt after extensive negotiations with its representatives”.

For the record we have never heard Gwen use a Male Voice while she was with any prostitutes. … o gees…
