Daughter of the late owner of the Washington Redskins was busted at 5am, on Friday officers observed two white females quickly exiting the South Street Diner with a waitress closely following. According to the waitress, the two females were leaving the diner without paying for the bill.

Officers observed the women walk towards the BMW. Upon seeing this, officers approached the women and, again, asked if they were in possession of the keys to the car. One of the woman told officers that she gave the keys to her brother and he was going to drive them home. At this point, officers suggested that the woman consider taking a cab.

The women, instead, walked away. Approximately ten minutes later, the women returned and walked up to the officers and said it was useless for them to keep watching them because they were going to drive the car home and there was nothing they could do about it.

Again, officers implored the women to take a cab. Instead, one of the women walked into the street, pulled up her skirt and mooned the officers.

At about 5:40am, the same woman entered the BMW, after officers instructed her not to, and started the engine. Officers arrested Jacqueline Kent Cooke, 20, of Dallas, TX and charged her with Operating Under the Influence (Alcohol) and Operating without a License.

 Thats just dam sad isn’t it.

Jacqueline has reportedly burnt through her trust fund and can no longer attend college.
