Courteney’s former ‘Friends’ co-star Jennifer Aniston has already pledged to help, along with Orlando Bloom, Kate Beckinsale, Eva Longoria Parker and James Marsden.

Courteney and David - who have a three-year-old daughter Coco - are on the honorary advisory board of the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
